1. General Bonus Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope, order of precedence and language version  
These terms apply to all bonus, promotional and loyalty offers (Bonuses) on megasino.win. Specific terms of an individual promotion take precedence; otherwise the General Terms and Conditions apply. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails.

1.2 Time zone and cut-off times  
All deadlines, settlement periods and time references are in CET/CEST (server time), unless stated otherwise.

1.3 Eligibility and limitations  
Participation is only permitted from the age of 18 and only where gambling is legally allowed. Participation in a bonus offer is limited to once per person, household address, mobile device, shared device or IP address. Certain countries and customer groups may be excluded from bonus offers.

1.4 Bonus stacking and activation  
Only one bonus can be active per account at any time, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Activating a new bonus leads to the forfeiture of any currently active bonus balance and uncleared bonus winnings. Players may ask Support to end an active bonus; in that case the bonus balance and uncleared bonus winnings are forfeited. Cashback promotions are excluded from this rule.

1.5 Bonus wallet and balance logic  
Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet which is completely separate from the real money wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been fully met. After wagering requirements have been fulfilled, the remaining bonus balance is automatically transferred to the real money wallet. Unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion, real money is always used before bonus funds.

1.6 Rollover and game weighting  
The standard rollover is 25 times the bonus amount if the promotion includes wagering requirements and no different figure is specified. For the specific promotions below, the explicitly stated wagering multiplier applies.

1.7 Bet limits and risk patterns  
The maximum bet with an active bonus is 5 euro per spin on slots, 0.50 euro per payline and 5 euro per hand, spin or round in live casino. If this amount is exceeded, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

The following patterns are not permitted in sports betting: arbitrage or sure bets, hedging (opposite bets on the same market or event, including across different operators), cash out (full or partial), void, push or refunded bets used to generate risk-free turnover, Edit Bet, duplicate bets to circumvent the minimum odds requirement of 1.40. Opposing selections on the same market or event are not allowed.

For crash games, auto cash-outs below 1.20 do not count towards wagering. Only properly completed rounds count.

In casino games generally, abusive patterns such as covering large sections of the roulette layout, systematically exceeding maximum bets or drastically reducing bet size after large wins in order to secure bonus funds may be treated as bonus abuse.

For a first accidental violation of bet or contribution rules, a warning and reset of bonus progress will usually be applied instead of full forfeiture. In cases of systematic abuse, full forfeiture of bonus and winnings remains reserved.

1.8 Responsible gaming and account status  
Blocked, restricted or self-excluded accounts are not eligible for bonus offers. If a restriction or self-exclusion takes effect, the bonus can be cancelled. A self-exclusion or account closure does not affect legitimate withdrawal claims from real money funds.

1.9 Enhanced KYC and AML checks  
All bonus offers require a fully verified player account (KYC). Megasino.win may at any time request additional verification (for example identity, proof of address or source of funds) and may suspend withdrawals until verification has been successfully completed.

1.10 Technical integrity  
The use of VPN, proxy, bots, scripts or automated systems to take part in bonus offers is prohibited and is considered abuse.

1.11 Validity and expiry  
There is no general standard bonus duration. Validity and any expiry date are specified for each promotion in advance. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fully met, all active bonus balances and any associated bonus winnings may be forfeited.

1.12 Changes and individual limits  
Unused bonuses may be changed, removed or re-issued. Bonuses that have already been claimed or are active are generally not removed. Megasino.win may limit bonus amounts, frequency and eligibility individually per player or player group, or issue individual invitations.

1.13 Currency, conversion and error correction  
Amounts are in euro or the equivalent value. For non-euro accounts, currency conversion is based on the daily ECB reference rate or an equivalent market source at the time of crediting or settlement. Obvious typing or system errors can be corrected; affected bets or bonuses may be cancelled. If there is a discrepancy between a banner or advert and the promotion page, the promotion page is decisive.

1.14 Complaints and review process  
Complaints regarding bonus crediting or wagering must be submitted to Support within seven days of crediting or settlement. Megasino.win will review the case using bet and game logs and will inform the player of the outcome.

2. 150% Welcome Deposit Bonus  
100% casino bonus up to 100 euro plus 50 euro sports freebet

Eligibility: New registered players only, once per player. Minimum deposit: 25 euro.

Scope: 100% casino bonus up to 100 euro credited to the bonus wallet, plus a 50 euro freebet for sports betting.

Casino wagering requirements: The casino bonus is subject to wagering of 35 times the bonus amount. Example: a 100 euro bonus requires 3,500 euro in qualifying casino bets before the bonus and any winnings from it become withdrawable. The casino bonus is valid for slots only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion description. Stakes on excluded games do not, or only partially, count towards the wagering requirement. While the casino bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or game round with bonus funds is 5 euro.

Sports freebet 50 euro: The freebet is a non-refundable stake token worth 50 euro for sports bets. If the freebet bet wins, only the net profit (winnings minus stake) is credited; the freebet stake itself is not returned. If the bet loses, the freebet is lost with no impact on the real money balance. Winnings from this freebet are not subject to any additional wagering requirements and can be withdrawn after being credited, subject to KYC and standard checks.

3. Wednesday Reload Casino – 50% bonus up to 50 euro

Eligibility and activation: The Wednesday reload bonus is available to existing players. A qualifying deposit of at least 25 euro must be made on a Wednesday. Only one reload bonus per Wednesday and per player can be credited.

Scope: A 50% casino bonus up to a maximum of 50 euro is awarded on the qualifying deposit.

Wagering requirements: The reload bonus is subject to wagering of 35 times the bonus amount. Example: a 50 euro bonus requires 1,750 euro in wagering before the bonus and related winnings become withdrawable. The reload bonus is valid for slots only, unless the promotion description allows additional games. While the reload bonus is active, the maximum bet per game round with bonus funds is 5 euro.

No automatic expiry: There is no automatic time expiry for the reload bonus. The bonus remains active until wagering requirements are completed or the bonus is cancelled by the player or Support; in both cancellation cases, bonus funds and uncleared bonus winnings are forfeited.

4. Friday Freebet – 10 euro freebet with a minimum 25 euro deposit

Eligibility and activation: The Friday freebet promotion is available to existing, verified players. A qualifying deposit of at least 25 euro must be made on a Friday. Only one freebet per Friday and per player can be granted.

Scope of the freebet: When the conditions are met, the player receives a 10 euro freebet for sports betting. The freebet can be used on qualifying sports markets as defined in the promotion; not all markets or bet types must be available.

Freebet model and winnings: The freebet is a non-refundable token. If the freebet bet wins, only the net profit (winnings minus stake) is credited. The freebet stake itself is not paid out. If the bet loses, the freebet is lost with no impact on the real money balance. Winnings from the freebet are not subject to additional wagering requirements and may be withdrawn after being credited, subject to normal checks and KYC.

5. No-deposit bonus (without deposit)

5.1 Scope  
This section applies only to no-deposit promotions such as bonuses or wheel winnings that are credited without a deposit. No-deposit free spins are not offered.

5.2 Eligibility  
A no-deposit bonus can be claimed once per person, household address, device or IP address. A no-deposit bonus can only be paid out once per person.

5.3 Activation and deadlines  
Activation takes place as described in the promotion (for example registration, invitation, action button). Validity and any deadlines are specified in advance for each no-deposit promotion.

5.4 Wagering requirements  
No-deposit bonuses have a wagering requirement of 1 times the credited amount.

5.5 Withdrawals, minimum and maximum  
Minimum withdrawal from no-deposit winnings is 50 euro. Maximum winnings from no-deposit bonuses are capped at 100 euro or equivalent; any amount above this is forfeited. Proof of address (KYC) is required if a withdrawal is requested without a prior real money deposit. No-deposit withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after successful checks.

5.6 Abuse and consequences  
Multiple accounts, technical or manipulative use, circumvention of person, device or IP restrictions, or the abusive patterns described in section 1.7 lead to disqualification, forfeiture of winnings, exclusion from future bonuses and possible account closure.

6. Bonus Wheel

6.1 Time window and frequency  
One spin per week per account is allowed, from Monday 07:30 to Sunday 24:00 (CET/CEST).

6.2 Crediting and wagering requirements  
The prize from the bonus wheel is credited as a no-deposit bonus and is subject to wagering of 1 times the credited amount.

6.3 Multiplier  
With each week of participation, the multiplier for bonus wheel winnings increases. The current stage and rate of increase are displayed on the promotion page. The promotion runs for exactly seven weeks; after completing all seven weeks, players are reset to week one and may participate for another seven-week cycle. The promotion runs until further notice; there is no legal entitlement to any winnings from the bonus wheel. In the event of technical issues, Megasino.win reserves the right to reverse incorrect credits within three business days.

6.4 Eligibility  
All registered users in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and these Bonus Terms are eligible, unless restricted by country or customer group in line with sections 1.3 and 1.12.

6.5 Deposit requirement (seven-week rule)  
If no deposit is made within seven weeks from first participation in the bonus wheel, the account will be blocked from the bonus wheel until a deposit is made.

6.6 Withdrawals and KYC  
Withdrawals from the bonus wheel are subject to the no-deposit rules in section 5, in particular the minimum withdrawal of 50 euro, maximum winnings of 100 euro and KYC requirements when withdrawing without a prior deposit.
