1. General Bonus Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope, Order of Precedence & Language Version

These terms apply to all bonus, promotional and loyalty offers on megasino.win.

The specific terms of an individual promotion take precedence in relation to that promotion. Where the specific promotional terms do not provide otherwise, these Bonus Terms and, additionally, the General Terms and Conditions of Megasino apply.

The English version of these Bonus Terms is the governing version. Other language versions are provided for convenience and ease of understanding. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity between language versions, the English version will prevail.

1.2 Time zone and cut-off times  
All deadlines, settlement periods and time references are in CET/CEST (server time), unless stated otherwise.

1.3 Eligibility and limitations  
Participation is only permitted from the age of 18 and only where gambling is legally allowed. Participation in a bonus offer is limited to once per person, household address, mobile device, shared device or IP address. Certain countries and customer groups may be excluded from bonus offers.

1.4 Bonus Stacking & Activation

One Casino Bonus and one Sports Betting Bonus may be active on the same player account at the same time.

Within the same bonus category, only one bonus may generally be active at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of the respective promotion. Therefore, while a Casino Bonus is active, another Casino Bonus generally cannot be activated. Likewise, while a Sports Betting Bonus is active, another Sports Betting Bonus generally cannot be activated.

Players may request the termination of an active bonus through Customer Support. If a player voluntarily terminates a bonus, the remaining funds of that specific bonus and any winnings from that bonus that have not yet been released will be forfeited.

Eligible real-money funds and any active bonus from another bonus category remain unaffected.

Cashback is excluded from this restriction unless otherwise stated in the applicable Cashback Terms.

1.5 Bonus wallet and balance logic  
Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet which is completely separate from the real money wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been fully met. After wagering requirements have been fulfilled, the remaining bonus balance is automatically transferred to the real money wallet. Unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion, real money is always used before bonus funds.

1.6 Wagering Requirements & Game Weighting

The wagering requirement applicable to a bonus may vary between promotions. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific terms of the respective bonus or promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, wagering requirements apply exclusively to the bonus amount and not to the player's deposit.

Example: A 100 Euro bonus with a 35x wagering requirement requires 3,500 Euro in qualifying wagers.

Megasino operates a Non-Sticky Bonus model. Eligible real-money funds remain separate from bonus funds and may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal conditions without automatically cancelling or forfeiting the active bonus.

Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements and any other conditions of the respective promotion have been fulfilled.

1.7 Bet Limits & Risk Patterns

The maximum bet with an active bonus is 5 Euro per spin on slots, 0.50 Euro per payline and 5 Euro per hand, spin or round in Live Casino. If this amount is exceeded, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

The following patterns are not permitted in sports betting: arbitrage or sure bets, hedging, cash out, void, push or refunded bets used to generate risk-free turnover, Edit Bet, duplicate bets used to circumvent the minimum odds requirement of 1.40, and opposing selections on the same market or event.

For Crash Games, auto cash-outs below 1.20 do not count towards wagering.

For a first accidental violation of bet limits or contribution rules, a warning and reset of bonus progress will usually be applied instead of full forfeiture. In cases of systematic abuse, full forfeiture of the affected bonus and related bonus winnings remains reserved.

1.8 Responsible gaming and account status  
Blocked, restricted or self-excluded accounts are not eligible for bonus offers. If a restriction or self-exclusion takes effect, the bonus can be cancelled. A self-exclusion or account closure does not affect legitimate withdrawal claims from real money funds.

1.9 KYC/AML Verification

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of the respective promotion, full account verification (KYC) is not required to activate or use a bonus.

Certain bonuses or promotions may require full or additional verification as a condition of eligibility. Any such requirement will be stated in the specific bonus or promotional terms.

Withdrawals remain subject to the identity and verification requirements set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

Megasino may carry out additional verification, security, fraud prevention or anti-money laundering checks where required. During such checks, the processing of a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until the required verification has been completed.

1.10 Technical integrity  
The use of VPN, proxy, bots, scripts or automated systems to take part in bonus offers is prohibited and is considered abuse.

1.11 Validity & Expiry

The validity period and any applicable activation, claim or redemption period will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion.

Requesting or completing a withdrawal does not result in the cancellation or forfeiture of an active bonus or any bonus winnings generated from it.

Eligible real-money funds may be withdrawn while a bonus remains active in accordance with the applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements and any other conditions of the respective promotion have been fulfilled.

Where a bonus must be activated, claimed or redeemed within a specified period, eligibility for that bonus may expire after the stated deadline. Any such deadline will be specified in the relevant bonus or promotional terms.

1.12 Changes and individual limits  
Unused bonuses may be changed, removed or re-issued. Bonuses that have already been claimed or are active are generally not removed. Megasino.win may limit bonus amounts, frequency and eligibility individually per player or player group, or issue individual invitations.

1.13 Currency, conversion and error correction  
Amounts are in euro or the equivalent value. For non-euro accounts, currency conversion is based on the daily ECB reference rate or an equivalent market source at the time of crediting or settlement. Obvious typing or system errors can be corrected; affected bets or bonuses may be cancelled. If there is a discrepancy between a banner or advert and the promotion page, the promotion page is decisive.

1.14 Disputes & Review Process

Any dispute relating to bonus credits, bonus calculations or bonus conditions must be submitted to Customer Support by the end of the calendar month in which the relevant credit or event occurred. In all cases, the player will have a minimum of seven (7) days from the relevant event to submit a dispute.

If the relevant event occurs so late in the calendar month that fewer than seven (7) days remain until the end of that month, the deadline will be extended accordingly to seven (7) days from the relevant event.

Megasino will review the dispute using the available betting, gaming, transaction and bonus logs and will inform the player of the outcome promptly after completing the review.

2. Welcome Package
100% Non Sticky Bonus Slots up to 100 euro plus 50 euro sports freebet

Eligibility: New registered players only, once per player. Minimum deposit: 25 euro.

Scope: 100% slots bonus up to 100 euro credited to the bonus wallet, plus a 50 euro freebet for sports betting.

Casino wagering requirements: The casino bonus is subject to wagering of 35 times the bonus amount. Example: a 100 euro bonus requires 3,500 euro in qualifying casino bets before the bonus and any winnings from it become withdrawable. The casino bonus is valid for slots only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion description. Stakes on excluded games do not, or only partially, count towards the wagering requirement. While the casino bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or game round with bonus funds is 5 euro.

Welcome Gift - Sports freebet 50 euro:

The freebet is a non-refundable stake token worth 50 euro for sports bets. If the freebet bet wins, only the net profit (winnings minus stake) is credited; the freebet stake itself is not returned. If the bet loses, the freebet is lost with no impact on the real money balance. Winnings from this freebet are not subject to any additional wagering requirements and can be withdrawn after being credited, subject to KYC and standard checks.

3. Wednesday Reload Casino – 50% non sticky bonus up to 50 euro

Eligibility and activation: The Wednesday reload bonus is available to existing players. A qualifying deposit of at least 25 euro must be made on a Wednesday. Only one reload bonus per Wednesday and per player can be credited.

Scope: A 50% casino bonus up to a maximum of 50 euro is awarded on the qualifying deposit.

Wagering requirements: The reload bonus is subject to wagering of 35 times the bonus amount. Example: a 50 euro bonus requires 1,750 euro in wagering before the bonus and related winnings become withdrawable. The reload bonus is valid for slots only, unless the promotion description allows additional games. While the reload bonus is active, the maximum bet per game round with bonus funds is 5 euro.

No automatic expiry: There is no automatic time expiry for the reload bonus. The bonus remains active until wagering requirements are completed or the bonus is cancelled by the player or Support; in both cancellation cases, bonus funds and uncleared bonus winnings are forfeited.

4. No-deposit bonus and Freebet (without deposit)

4.1 Scope  
This section applies only to no-deposit promotions such as bonuses or wheel winnings that are credited without a deposit. No-deposit free spins are not offered.

4.2 Eligibility  
A no-deposit bonus can be claimed once per person, household address, device or IP address. A no-deposit bonus can only be paid out once per person.

4.3 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for a No-Deposit Bonus may vary between promotions and will be stated in the specific terms of the respective bonus or promotion.

The wagering requirement applies to the credited bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.

The general game weighting provisions set out in Section 1.6 apply when calculating wagering progress unless different conditions are specified in the respective promotion.

4.4 Withdrawals

Full account verification (KYC) is required for No-Deposit Bonuses.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 Euro. The maximum withdrawable winnings from a No-Deposit Bonus are 100 Euro. Any winnings from the respective No-Deposit Bonus exceeding this amount will be forfeited.

Withdrawals are processed in accordance with Megasino's general withdrawal and verification conditions. Under normal circumstances, review and approval are completed within 1–2 hours, provided that all required information and documents have been submitted completely and correctly.

Additional verification, security or compliance checks may result in longer processing times.

4.5 Abuse & Consequences

The use of multiple accounts to claim a No-Deposit Bonus more than once, as well as the intentional circumvention of expressly stated eligibility restrictions, constitutes bonus abuse.

Where abuse is established, eligibility for the relevant promotion may be withdrawn. Only the bonus funds affected by the abuse and winnings generated from those funds may be forfeited.

In cases of serious or repeated abuse, access to further bonus offers may be restricted and, where appropriate, the player account may be closed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

5. Bonus Wheel

5.1 Time window and frequency  
One spin per week per account is allowed, from Monday 07:30 to Sunday 24:00 (CET/CEST).

5.2 Crediting and wagering requirements  
The prize from the bonus wheel is credited as a no-deposit bonus and is subject to wagering of 1 times the credited amount.

5.3 Multiplier & Prize Corrections

The multiplier increases with each week. The game runs in a cycle of seven (7) weeks. After completion of the seventh week, players are reset to week 1. The Bonus Wheel will remain available until withdrawn.

Winnings properly awarded and credited in accordance with these Bonus Terms will be honoured.

In the event of technical errors, obvious incorrect credits, system malfunctions or proven abuse, Megasino reserves the right to correct or reverse affected bonus credits or winnings.

Any correction will be limited to the extent necessary to restore the position that would have existed had the relevant error or abuse not occurred.

5.4 Eligibility  
All registered users in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and these Bonus Terms are eligible, unless restricted by country or customer group in line with sections 1.3 and 1.12.

5.5 Deposit requirement (seven-week rule)  
If no deposit is made within seven weeks from first participation in the bonus wheel, the account will be blocked from the bonus wheel until a deposit is made.

5.6 Withdrawals & KYC

Winnings from the Bonus Wheel are subject to the No-Deposit Bonus provisions set out in Section 4 of these Bonus Terms, including the applicable verification and withdrawal conditions.

6. Weekend – Risk-Free Bet Bonus

6.1 Following a deposit of at least 25 Euro, the player may receive a Risk-Free Bet of up to 100% of the deposited amount under this promotion. The Freebet actually credited will equal the lost stake of the qualifying bet, capped at the amount deposited and at a maximum of 50 Euro.

6.2 The maximum risk-free bet bonus is 50 euros.

6.3 The bonus can be activated once per customer every weekend from Friday at 12:01 a.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

6.4 The customer must place their bet during the bonus period to be eligible for the free bet.

6.5 How the Risk-Free Bet works:

The player places a qualifying bet during the promotional period. If the qualifying bet wins, no Freebet will be credited.

If the qualifying bet loses, the lost stake will be credited as a Freebet. The Freebet is limited to the amount previously deposited and to a maximum of 50 Euro.

Example: If a player deposits 50 Euro and then loses a qualifying bet with a stake of 20 Euro, the player will receive a 20 Euro Freebet.

6.6 Freebet Conditions

If a qualifying bet is lost, the amount due under this promotion will be credited as a Freebet.

The credited Freebet is subject to the same general Freebet rules as the Sports Betting Freebet included in the Welcome Bonus under Section 2 of these Bonus Terms.

The Freebet is a non-returnable stake token. If a bet placed using the Freebet wins, only the net winnings will be credited; the value of the Freebet stake itself will not be returned.

Winnings generated from the Freebet are not subject to any additional wagering requirements.
