1.3.1 Fraudulent Activity, Prohibited Transactions and Failed Payments

Megasino does not tolerate fraud, attempted fraud, payment fraud, money laundering, collusion, game or betting manipulation, or any other unlawful or expressly prohibited activity.

Such activity includes, in particular:

  • the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods;

  • intentional chargebacks or payment reversals used to improperly obtain or recover funds;

  • manipulation of payment, currency, betting or gaming systems;

  • money laundering or other unlawful financial transactions;

  • collusion or intentional manipulation of games, bets, odds or results;

  • the use of insider information or involvement in match-fixing or other event manipulation;

  • intentional exploitation of technical errors or vulnerabilities.

Where there are reasonable grounds to indicate such activity, Megasino may temporarily restrict the relevant account or affected transactions and carry out an appropriate review.

Failed, rejected or unsettled deposits and valid chargebacks may be investigated and offset against legitimately outstanding amounts. A payment error or unresolved reversal alone will not automatically result in the forfeiture of winnings or closure of the account.

Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation of a sporting event, Megasino may temporarily suspend settlement of the directly affected bets while the matter is reviewed. Where manipulation is confirmed by a competent sports governing body, data provider or other reliable source, directly affected bets may be voided or corrected in accordance with the applicable betting rules and these General Terms and Conditions.

Account restrictions, account closure, forfeiture, corrections and other consequences of an established breach are governed by Sections 1.3.4 to 1.3.11 of these General Terms and Conditions.

1.3.2 error

You must inform us immediately if you notice any errors related to your account, calculations of bets/stakes you have placed, or currency conversions. If such an error or system/game bug (a deviation from the normal game logic for any reason) occurs that results in errors in calculating odds, fees, rake, bonuses, or payouts, or in the applicable currency conversion ("Error"), we will endeavor to restore the situation to its state prior to the Error for all those directly affected. We reserve the right to void bets/stakes related to such Errors and deduct the corresponding amounts from your account. If your account balance is insufficient, we may require repayment of the outstanding amount. If we determine (at our sole discretion) that a bug has been exploited, we may handle activity according to the "Expiration & Account Closure" section of these Terms and Conditions.

1.3.3 Security and Verification Checks

Megasino may carry out security and verification checks where necessary to confirm a player's identity and age, protect the security of the player account, review transactions, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Such checks may include reviewing registration information, account activity, payment and transaction information, and verification information already available to Megasino.

Where necessary and legally permitted, Megasino may verify relevant information with appropriate payment service providers, KYC and identity-verification providers, fraud-prevention and security providers, or other authorised bodies.

Players may be requested to provide additional information or documentation where it is reasonable and necessary for the specific purpose of the review.

During a required security or verification review, individual account functions or affected transactions may be temporarily restricted.

Personal data processed or shared as part of such checks will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and KYC and AML Policy.

1.3.4–1.3.11 Account Restrictions, Account Closure and Consequences of Breaches

1.3.4 Megasino may temporarily restrict or suspend a player account where there are reasonable grounds to indicate a material breach of these General Terms and Conditions, fraud, collusion, money laundering, payment manipulation, game manipulation or another unlawful or expressly prohibited activity.

A temporary restriction may remain in place for the duration of any required security, verification, fraud-prevention or compliance review.

1.3.5 Where a material breach or abusive or unlawful activity is established following review, Megasino may close the relevant player account and take appropriate measures proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach.

1.3.6 Serious breaches include, in particular:

  • established or attempted fraud;

  • collusion or manipulation of bets, games or gaming outcomes;

  • use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods;

  • intentional manipulation of payment or currency systems;

  • use of an account for money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful financial transactions;

  • intentional exploitation of technical errors or manipulation of game or provider processes;

  • knowingly providing false identity or age information in order to circumvent eligibility or verification requirements;

  • intentionally concealing the player's true location in order to circumvent an expressly applicable geographical restriction.

1.3.7 Chargebacks, rejected deposits or other payments that have not been finally settled may be investigated and offset against valid outstanding amounts. An account will not be suspended or closed solely because of an accidental or reasonably unresolved payment error before the circumstances have been appropriately reviewed.

1.3.8 During an ongoing investigation, Megasino may temporarily hold withdrawals or other affected transactions where reasonably necessary to conduct the review, prevent further abuse or comply with regulatory requirements.

1.3.9 Where a breach is established, only bonus funds, winnings or other amounts directly generated by or attributable to the relevant breach may be forfeited or corrected.

Legitimately held real-money funds that are unrelated to the relevant breach and are not required to satisfy a valid outstanding amount will not be forfeited solely because the player account is closed.

1.3.10 Where technical or gaming manipulation results in an outcome that would not otherwise have occurred, Megasino may correct or reverse the affected transactions and restore the position that would have existed without the manipulation.

1.3.11 Where Megasino is subject to a legal or regulatory reporting obligation, the necessary information may be provided to the competent authorities or other authorised bodies.

Any account closure, restriction or report will be based on the available information and will take into account the nature and severity of the relevant circumstances.

After acceptance, please save and print the Terms of Use along with confirmation emails, additional terms, transaction details, game rules, fair play rules, and payment methods relevant to your use of the website. Please note that the Terms of Use may be amended in accordance with section 3.

1.6 If you do not wish to accept the Terms of Use, please do not open an account and/or discontinue using your account. Your continued use of any service constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms of Use.

1.7 For clarification: All areas of the website are subject to the terms of use; you must ensure at all times that your use of the services complies with the terms of use.

3. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE

The current version can be accessed via the "Terms and Conditions" link in the website footer.

3.2 If we intend to make significant changes, we will inform you as early as possible in one of the ways described in section 3.3. For minor or insignificant changes, notification may not be required; therefore, please check the Terms of Use regularly via the link on the website.

3.3 Insofar as we communicate changes, this will be done in a manner that we deem appropriate at our own discretion.

Updates can be made via customer service, the “My Account” page or other methods provided by the operator.

4.4 By opening an account, you agree to:

4.4.1 You understand and accept the risk that by using the services you can not only win money, but also lose it;

4.4.4 They are legally capable of concluding contracts;

4.4.5 Gambling is not prohibited for them; and

4.4.6 We have not closed any account for any reason.

4.5 Each player may generally maintain only one player account with Megasino. Any additional account opened, controlled or beneficially used by the same person will be considered a “Duplicate Account”.

Accounts belonging to different individuals from the same household or address, or using the same IP address or shared device, may be subject to additional verification but will not automatically be treated as Duplicate Accounts solely for that reason.

Where a player is found to have opened or used a Duplicate Account, Megasino may close the Duplicate Account.

4.5.1 Any bonuses, Freebets, Free Spins or other promotional benefits obtained through the Duplicate Account, together with winnings generated from them, may be declared void.

4.5.2 Winnings generated through the Duplicate Account may be declared void. Deposited real-money funds will generally be returned unless they are required to settle outstanding amounts, chargebacks or other valid claims.

4.5.3 Where the Duplicate Account was deliberately used to circumvent eligibility restrictions, bonus limits, self-exclusion, verification requirements or other protective or security measures, additional accounts belonging to the player may also be restricted or closed and further action may be taken in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION; MONEY LAUNDERING PREVENTION REQUIREMENTS

5.1 You confirm that:

5.1.1 Your registration details (name, address, telephone number and email address) are correct; and

5.1.2 You are the legal owner of the funds you have deposited into your account.

5.2 By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you authorize us to conduct audits (“checks”) from time to time – either on our own initiative or at the request of third parties (including, but not limited to, regulatory authorities) – to verify this information. At our request (or at the request of the payment processor), you may be asked to provide additional information, including details of any deposits made.

5.3 During ongoing audits, we may prevent withdrawals and/or restrict access to certain parts of the website. We may repeat the audits for regulatory, security, or other business reasons. If these restrictions cause any problems, please contact support@megasino.win.

5.4 Megasino may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to complete an identity, security, KYC, AML or compliance review.

This may include, in particular:

  • additional proof of identity;

  • proof of address;

  • evidence of ownership of a payment method;

  • bank statements;

  • source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information or documentation;

  • other appropriate evidence where required due to the player's risk profile, transaction activity or applicable regulatory requirements.

Until a required review has been completed, affected account functions or transactions, including withdrawals, may be temporarily restricted.

Knowingly providing false, forged or manipulated information or documents may be treated as a material breach of these General Terms and Conditions. Account restrictions, account closure and financial consequences are governed by Sections 1.3.4 to 1.3.11.

Legitimately held real-money funds will not be forfeited solely because false information was provided or an account was closed, unless those funds are directly connected to an established breach or are required to satisfy a valid outstanding claim.

5.5 Using the website by persons under the relevant age may constitute a criminal offense. If we cannot verify your relevant age, we will suspend your account until this is possible. If it turns out that you were under the relevant age at the time of gambling, the following applies:

5.5.1 Your account will be closed;

5.5.2 All transactions involving minors will be declared void and corresponding deposits will be refunded – where possible – via the originally used payment method;

5.5.3 All deposits made while a minor will be refunded; and

5.5.4 All winnings obtained while a minor will be forfeited and deducted from refunded deposits; amounts paid out must be refunded to us upon request.

5.6 All documents requested under this Section must be provided within seven (7) days of the request, unless otherwise specified by Megasino.

Under normal circumstances, submitted verification documents are reviewed within 1–2 hours of receipt, provided that all required documents and information have been submitted completely and correctly.

Additional verification, security, anti-money laundering or compliance checks may require additional processing time.

Failure to provide the requested documents within the applicable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on the account, including the temporary suspension of withdrawals, until the required verification has been completed.

6. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER AND VERIFICATION (KYC)

6.1 Megasino carries out identity and verification checks to confirm players' identity and age, protect player accounts, and comply with applicable KYC, anti-money laundering, fraud-prevention and regulatory requirements.

Identity verification is required for every withdrawal.

6.2 For withdrawals below €2,000, a valid government-issued identity document is generally required. Accepted documents include in particular:

  • passport;

  • national identity card;

  • driving licence where suitable as an official identity document.

For withdrawals of €2,000 or more, additional proof of the player's current residential address is required. Such proof should generally be no more than three (3) months old.

Acceptable proof of address may include a bank statement, utility bill, official government correspondence, official residence registration or an equivalent proof of residence.

6.3 Verification documents may be submitted through the secure functions provided by Megasino for this purpose or by another method communicated by Customer Support.

All information and documents submitted must be complete, current, legible and unaltered.

Megasino may request additional information or documentation where required due to the player's risk profile, transaction activity, payment-method verification, source of funds, security or fraud-prevention concerns, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

6.4 KYC verification and withdrawal review may be carried out in parallel. Under normal circumstances, verification is completed within 1–2 hours, provided that all required information and documents have been submitted completely and correctly.

Additional security, fraud-prevention, AML or compliance reviews may require additional processing time.

The deadlines for providing requested documentation and any temporary account restrictions are additionally governed by Section 5 of these General Terms and Conditions and our KYC and AML Policy.

6.5 Megasino processes verification information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and KYC and AML Policy. Verification documents are used only for legitimate security, operational, legal and regulatory purposes and are made available only to authorised persons or service providers where necessary for the relevant purpose.

7. USERNAME, PASSWORD, PIN AND CUSTOMER DATA

7.1 It is your responsibility to take appropriate measures to protect your login credentials – including username, password, PIN and any other identifying information. Any action taken through the services where this data has been correctly entered will be deemed authorized by you, and you will be responsible for the corresponding transactions.

7.2 If you have reason to believe that a third party knows your login details, you must change them immediately and inform us without delay (support@megasino.win) so that we can take appropriate action. Until we notify you of this, you are liable for all activities carried out through your account.

7.3 You undertake to provide accurate, current and complete data during registration and while using the services, and to update any changes to your contact details immediately.

8. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

8.1 Deposits

Deposits may only be made using payment methods, accounts or sources of funds of which the player is the legal owner. Megasino reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method or source of funds where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering or regulatory purposes.

Deposited funds must be successfully received and cleared before they may be withdrawn.

8.2 Minimum Wagering of Deposits

Before funds originating from a deposit may be withdrawn, the relevant deposit amount must be wagered at least one (1) time.

Casino games and sports bets count towards this minimum wagering requirement.

This requirement applies independently of any wagering requirements or other conditions applicable to promotional or bonus funds.

8.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is €50 per withdrawal request.

8.4 Daily Withdrawal Limits

The maximum total withdrawal amount is €2,000 per day for standard players and €5,000 per day for VIP players.

The daily withdrawal limit applies to the combined total of all withdrawal requests made by a player within the applicable day.

Players may have multiple withdrawal requests pending at the same time, provided that the applicable daily withdrawal limit is not exceeded.

8.5 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests, including the required verification, are reviewed and approved within 1–2 hours, provided that all required information and documents have been submitted correctly.

Once approved, the withdrawal is released for payment without unnecessary delay.

The time required for the funds to reach the player's account may vary depending on the selected payment method, bank, payment provider, e-wallet provider, blockchain network or other circumstances outside Megasino's control.

The stated processing time is an indicative standard processing time and does not constitute a guaranteed payment timeframe.

8.6 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

Identity verification is required for every withdrawal.

For withdrawals below €2,000, the player must provide a valid government-issued identification document. Accepted identification documents include a passport, national identity card or driver's licence.

For withdrawals of €2,000 or more, the player must additionally provide proof of address issued within the previous three months.

Accepted proof of address may include a bank statement, utility bill, official government correspondence or official residence registration document.

Megasino may request additional information or documentation where reasonably required for identity verification, security, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, payment verification or regulatory purposes.

Incomplete, invalid, inconsistent or insufficient documentation may result in additional processing time.

8.7 Active Bonuses and Withdrawals

Where a Non-Sticky Bonus applies, a player may request a withdrawal of eligible real-money funds while the bonus remains active.

Requesting a withdrawal does not automatically cancel or forfeit an applicable Non-Sticky Bonus.

Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn and remain subject to the applicable Bonus Terms and Conditions.

8.8 Pending and Irreversible Withdrawals

Players may have multiple withdrawal requests pending simultaneously, subject to the applicable daily withdrawal limit.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.

8.9 Withdrawal Fees

Megasino currently does not charge players a fee for standard withdrawals.

Independent fees or charges imposed by banks, payment providers, e-wallet providers or blockchain networks may apply and are outside Megasino's control.

Megasino reserves the right to introduce or amend withdrawal fees in the future. Any fee charged directly by Megasino will be disclosed to the player before the relevant withdrawal is confirmed.

8.10 Payment Methods

Withdrawals may be available through credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies and other supported payment methods.

Available withdrawal methods may depend on the player's account, country, currency, deposit method and the availability or requirements of the relevant payment provider.

Where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering or payment-provider requirements, Megasino may require a withdrawal to be made using the same or an equivalent payment method used for the deposit.

8.11 Cleared Funds and Additional Checks

Withdrawals may only be processed from funds that have been successfully received and cleared.

Megasino may delay or withhold the processing of a withdrawal where the corresponding deposit is subject to a chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, suspected fraud or other unresolved payment issue.

Megasino may carry out additional verification, security or compliance checks before approving a withdrawal where reasonably required.

Such additional checks may result in processing times exceeding the standard processing time stated in Section 8.5.

8.12 Refunds

Refund requests relating to deposited funds may only be considered where no gaming or betting activity has taken place with the relevant funds.

Refund requests must be submitted to Megasino Customer Support and may be subject to identity, payment and security verification.

Where a refund is approved, Megasino may return the funds using the original payment method or another appropriate payment method where necessary.

8.13 Cryptocurrencies

Where cryptocurrency payments are available, supported cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks are displayed in the relevant payment section of the player's account.

Any blockchain or network fees charged independently of Megasino are borne by the player.

The player is responsible for ensuring that the correct wallet address and supported blockchain network are selected. Megasino is not responsible for losses resulting from funds being sent to an incorrect address or via an unsupported network where the error is attributable to the player.

Cryptocurrency exchange rates may fluctuate, and the player bears the associated exchange-rate risk.

8.14 Taxes and Reporting

The player is responsible for any taxes, duties, declarations or reporting obligations that may apply in the player's jurisdiction in connection with winnings, withdrawals or other payments received from megasino.

9. BONUSES

9.1 We may change, remove, or add unused bonuses. Bonuses that are already active or have been claimed will generally not be removed.

9.2 Requesting or completing a withdrawal does not result in the cancellation, forfeiture or removal of an active bonus.

Eligible real-money funds may be withdrawn while a bonus remains active. Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn and remain subject to the applicable Bonus Terms and Conditions.

Certain bonuses or promotions may be subject to a specified activation, claim or redemption period. If a bonus is not activated, claimed or redeemed within the applicable period, it may expire in accordance with the specific terms of that promotion.

Any applicable expiry date or time limit will be stated in the relevant bonus or promotional terms.

9.3 Participation in a bonus promotion is limited to once per person, household, address, mobile device, shared device and/or IP address.

Which wagers contribute towards wagering requirements and the weighting at which they are counted is determined by the applicable Bonus and Promotional Terms.

Winnings from Free Spins are credited to the real-money balance.

9.4 The maximum withdrawable winnings from No-Deposit Free Spins or other bonuses granted without a deposit are €100 or the equivalent amount, unless different conditions are expressly stated in the specific terms of the relevant promotion. Any winnings from the relevant No-Deposit Bonus exceeding this amount will be forfeited.

Withdrawals are subject to the general identity and verification requirements set out in Section 8.6 of these General Terms and Conditions and our KYC and AML Policy. Additional documentation may be requested where required for security, fraud-prevention, AML or regulatory purposes.

9.5 Maximum stake with active bonus: €5 per spin or €0,50 per payline. Higher stakes may result in bets being forfeited and/or wagering progress being lost.

9.6 We reserve the right to exclude certain countries or customer groups from bonus offers where such restrictions are stated in the applicable Bonus or Promotional Terms.

Bonus abuse means intentional or systematic conduct designed to circumvent the published Bonus or Promotional Terms or to obtain an unintended advantage through manipulation. This includes, in particular, the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, circumvention of expressly stated eligibility restrictions, manipulation of technical processes, and intentional or systematic breaches of expressly published maximum bet limits.

The legitimate use of a bonus or promotion, including repeated participation in recurring promotions, does not in itself constitute bonus abuse, provided that the player complies with all published eligibility and bonus conditions.

Where bonus abuse is established, only the bonus funds affected by the abuse and winnings generated from those funds may be forfeited. Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, access to further bonus offers may also be restricted, or the player account may be closed in cases of serious or repeated abuse.

10. Legally compliant use of the website

You are responsible for verifying whether the use of these services is legally permissible in your jurisdiction. If not, we will close your account and refund any remaining balance, if possible.

11. BETTING AND GAMES VIA THE SERVICES

11.1 Please follow the instructions on the website to place bets or participate in games. Check the details of each transaction before confirming it. An overview of your past bets/games is available via "My Account" or from customer support.

11.2 We reserve the right to refuse all or part of any transaction. Once a bet/participation has been accepted, cancellation is only possible with our consent. If you have any questions, please contact support.

12. REMOTE COMMUNICATION

12.1 When using the services via electronic means of communication, please note that differences in connection speed and equipment may affect time-critical events.

12.2 System errors or malfunctions will be handled according to the regulations for IT errors. Always familiarize yourself with the applicable game rules before participating.

13. Collusion, fraud, deception and criminal offenses

13.1 The following practices (individually or in combination) in connection with the Services are “Prohibited Practices” and constitute material breaches of this Agreement: (a) abuse of bonuses or promotions; (b) exploiting unfair factors or influences (commonly referred to as “cheating”); (c) maintaining multiple accounts or using someone else’s account; (d) engaging in fraudulent or criminal activity (including money laundering); (e) gaining an unfair advantage (e.g., through bug exploitation or unauthorized software); (f) using automated systems or “bots”; (g) any action that is likely to manipulate or disrupt games, betting, or the Services. Any attempt is sufficient to be considered a Prohibited Practice.

13.2 If you suspect that a person is using prohibited practices, you are obliged to inform us immediately and in as much detail as possible (e.g. by email to customer service).

13.3 You agree not to participate in or be associated with any prohibited practices. You further agree not to use any information or systems that could in any way give you an unfair advantage or disrupt the services.

13.4 Where there are reasonable grounds to indicate that a player may be involved in a Prohibited Practice, Megasino may temporarily restrict the relevant account or affected transactions and carry out an appropriate review.

Prohibited Practices include, in particular:

13.4.1 established or attempted fraud, money laundering or other unlawful financial activity;

13.4.2 collusion or the manipulation or attempted manipulation of a game, sporting event, bet or bet settlement;

13.4.3 intentional exploitation of technical errors, vulnerabilities or unintended system functions;

13.4.4 the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods or other established payment manipulation;

13.4.5 other serious breaches of these General Terms and Conditions intended to obtain an unintended advantage through deception, manipulation or circumvention of expressly stated rules.

Information concerning fraudulent or unlawful activity involving another gambling operator may be taken into account as part of a security or compliance review where that information is reliable and relevant to the use of the Megasino account. An incident involving another operator will not automatically result in sanctions at Megasino.

Chargebacks, rejected deposits or other payment disputes may be investigated and offset against legitimately outstanding amounts. A chargeback or failed deposit alone will not automatically result in the forfeiture of winnings, bonuses or other balances.

Where a Prohibited Practice is established following review, Megasino may restrict or close the account and may correct or forfeit those bonuses, winnings, cashback amounts or other credits that were directly generated by or attributable to the relevant breach.

Legitimately held real-money funds that are unrelated to the established breach and are not required to satisfy a valid outstanding claim will not be forfeited solely because the account is closed.

Sections 1.3.4 to 1.3.11 of these General Terms and Conditions also apply.

13.5 For the purposes of this Section 13, the following definitions apply:

13.5.1 “Fraudulent Practices” means any fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Services, including, but not limited to: (a) fraudulent chargebacks and rakeback fraud; (b) the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized credit/payment cards; (c) collusion with third parties; (d) providing false information to us; (e) any other unlawful act. Attempted fraudulent practices also include any such acts.

13.5.2 “Criminal offenses” in particular money laundering or activities that violate criminal laws;

13.5.3 “Unfair advantage” means any form of advantage that is not based on your personal ability and knowledge, but on:

13.5.3.1 the exploitation of a fault, bug, gap or defect (including malfunctions in software or hardware) – “bug exploitation”;

13.5.3.2 the use of software, databases or systems that predict or influence the outcome of a game/betting event or provide you with information that is not available to a normal player;

13.5.3.3 the use of automated players (bots) or other automated tools that simulate or replace human input;

13.6 We reserve the right to disclose information (including personal data) to regulatory and law enforcement authorities, payment service providers, and other gambling operators if we have reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited practices. Furthermore, we may withhold funds, void bets/winnings, and suspend accounts to facilitate investigations.

13.7 You are obliged to cooperate to a reasonable extent in our investigations, including providing the information and documents we request.

14. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT; TERMINATION OF THE TERMS OF USE

14.1 Closure/Termination by you.

14.1.1 You can close your account at any time; to do so, contact support and state the reasons (e.g. self-exclusion due to concerns about gambling addiction).

14.1.2 In the case of self-exclusion, the account will be deactivated for the agreed period. Early reactivation is not possible. After the expiry date, reactivation may occur upon your request and after review.

14.2 Termination by us. We may terminate the Terms of Use and close your account with notification. Existing obligations remain unaffected.

14.3 Closure for Material Cause

Where a material cause exists, Megasino may temporarily restrict or permanently close a player account.

Material cause may include, in particular:

  • an established Prohibited Practice;

  • a material or repeated breach of these General Terms and Conditions;

  • fraudulent or otherwise unlawful conduct;

  • knowingly providing false or manipulated information or documents;

  • refusing or failing within the applicable deadline to complete a required identity, KYC, AML, security or compliance review;

  • any other circumstances in which Megasino is legally or regulatorily required to restrict or close the account.

During an ongoing review, affected withdrawals, bets or other transactions may be temporarily held or restricted where necessary for the review or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Where a breach is established following review, directly affected bets, bonuses, winnings or other credits may be cancelled, corrected or forfeited to the extent that they were generated by or attributable to the relevant breach.

Legitimately held real-money funds that are unrelated to the established breach and are not required to satisfy a valid outstanding claim will not be forfeited solely because the account is closed.

Sections 1.3.4 to 1.3.11 and 13.4 of these General Terms and Conditions also apply.

14.4 Effects of Closure. Upon closure, your right to use the services will cease. Open transactions can be processed or canceled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Agreed obligations that continue by their nature (e.g., data protection, liability, indemnification) remain in effect.

14.5 Reactivation. Provided there are no grounds for reactivation, you may request reactivation; however, we are not obliged to grant such a request.

14.6 Inactive/dormant accounts. We may handle accounts with prolonged inactivity in accordance with legal provisions and charge any legally prescribed fees, to the extent permitted.

14.7 Payout of remaining balances. Provided that this is legally permissible and no grounds for blocking exist, we will refund any remaining balances upon request – subject to these Terms and Conditions, including KYC/AML requirements.

14.8 Duplicate Accounts. In the event that a duplicate account is discovered, the relevant provisions regarding duplicate accounts shall apply (including forfeiture of bonuses/winnings, refund of deposits, offsetting).

14.9 Documentation. We may retain records and documents to the extent permitted by law, even after the account has been closed.

15. ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES

15.1 You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining your access equipment, internet connection, and other facilities required for access, including the associated costs. We accept no liability for disruptions caused by your network provider or bandwidth.

15.2 We do not guarantee that the services are compatible with specific third-party software or hardware. You may not publish abusive, defamatory, unlawful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content, harass individuals, or impersonate others.

15.3 The website may only be used for your personal entertainment. Reproduction, distribution, public display or any other use beyond its intended purpose is prohibited.

15.4 Downloading content is at your own risk. We reserve the right to remove illegal or unlawful content.

15.5 You agree not to take any actions that compromise the security or system integrity of the services, and not to engage in any unlawful activities through the services.

16. Betting and Gambling Terms

16.1 Numerous technical terms are used in the betting and gaming industry.

16.1.1 If you are unsure about the meaning of a term, consult or refer to the relevant terms and conditions before participating in any betting or games.

16.1.2 You are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of the bet/game before you participate.

16.1.3 If you have any questions, please contact support.

17. WEBSITE CHANGE

We may, at our sole discretion, change or modify products or services (including any pricing). Ongoing games/bets will not be affected. This includes adding, removing, or modifying games and/or products available through the website.

18. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

18.1 To use certain products offered through the Services, it may be necessary to download and install third-party software (“Software”). This Software may be subject to separate license terms to which you must agree.

18.2 If the software is used via app stores or platforms, the terms and conditions of the respective provider also apply.

18.3 In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of a third-party software licensor and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the relationship between you and us.

18.4 Notwithstanding the above, if the conflict relates exclusively to the legal relationship between you and the third-party software provider (and not the relationship between you and the operator), the terms and conditions of the third-party provider shall take precedence.

19. IT ERRORS

19.1 In the event of problems with software or hardware, we will take appropriate measures to correct the error. If a game or bet cannot be continued without disadvantage due to an IT error, we will strive for a fair solution – such as restoring the account balance to the last properly recorded balance or taking other appropriate corrective measures.

19.2 IT errors include, but are not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, dropouts, delays, data errors, synchronization problems, server or network failures, and program errors (bugs).

19.3 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by IT errors, unless such loss or damage is due to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

19.4 We reserve the right to cancel, correct or recalculate bets/games that have been incorrectly placed or settled, including the recovery of amounts credited in error.

20. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS

20.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, errors include, but are not limited to: (a) obvious typographical, arithmetic or display errors, (b) incorrect odds, rules or conditions, (c) acceptance of bets/entries despite being blocked or after the acceptance period has expired (“Late Bets”), (d) other erroneous credits, free bets or bonus allocations.

20.2 If such an error occurs, we may, at our reasonable discretion: (i) rectify and recalculate, (ii) cancel the bet/entry in question and refund the stake, or (iii) take action in accordance with these Terms and Conditions in the case of prohibited practices.

20.3 Any amounts credited to you in error (including winnings, bonuses, or free credits) will be held in trust for us and must be repaid immediately upon request. We are entitled to offset these amounts against your account balance or collect them by any other legally permissible means without prior notice.

20.4 You are obligated to inform us immediately of any error that comes to your attention and to provide all reasonable cooperation to enable corrections. The deliberate exploitation of an error is considered a prohibited practice.

21. DISCLAIMER

21.1 You use the website and services at your own risk. We provide the services with reasonable care and expertise, but – to the extent permitted by law – we make no representations or warranties that the services will always be available without interruption, error-free, or in full.

21.2 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunities, loss of goodwill and business interruption.

21.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law (including liability for intent and gross negligence).

22. VIOLATIONS

22.1 You agree to indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents, affiliates and suppliers against all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services.

22.2 In the event of a violation, we may, at our discretion, demand redress (e.g., cessation, rectification, submission of information) and/or suspend or terminate your access rights, block credits, and offset claims against account balances.

22.3 Our exercise or non-exercise of rights and remedies does not affect the right to exercise them later; the remedies exist side by side.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

23.1 The website and the services (including design, texts, graphics, logos, audio/video content, software, source codes and databases) are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights and are owned by us or under our license or owned/licensed by third parties.

23.2 You receive only a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the services for private purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or other use beyond the intended use is prohibited without our express prior consent.

23.3 Trademarks, trade names and logos may not be used without our prior written consent. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademark notices or other proprietary rights notices.

23.4 You may not use any mechanisms, software or other scripts that impair the functionality of the website, and you may not take any measures that compromise the security or integrity of the systems.

24. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER VIOLATIONS

24.1 You must not misuse the website or the services by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, malware, or other technologically harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, the servers on which the website is stored, or any other servers, computers, or databases connected to the website. You must not subject the website to DoS or DDoS attacks or cause flooding/spam.

24.2 Any breach of this provision constitutes a criminal offense and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities; we will cooperate with these authorities (including disclosing your identity). In the event of such a breach, your right to use the website and services will terminate immediately.

24.3 We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a DoS/DDoS attack, malware or other technologically harmful material that affects your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other property as a result of your use of the website, downloading of content or forwarding via the website.

25. PERSONAL DATA

25.1 We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy. This policy forms part of these terms and conditions and is available on the website.

25.2 We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep your account information secure and confidential; this is subject to any legal or regulatory obligations to disclose it (e.g. to supervisory/law enforcement authorities).

25.3 To provide the services, we process the necessary data (e.g., name, date of birth, contact details, payment details, settings/preferences). We may share this data with service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC/AML service providers, IT providers) and with relevant authorities, insofar as this is necessary or permitted by law.

25.4 We may store calls, emails, chat histories and other communications for verification, quality and compliance purposes.

25.5 You have the rights granted to you under applicable data protection laws (e.g., access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability), subject to legal requirements and exceptions. Further details can be found in our privacy policy.

26. COOKIES

26.1 The website uses cookies and similar technologies to provide functionalities (e.g. session continuation/logins), analyze performance and improve the use of the services.

26.2 You can block or delete cookies; details can be found in our privacy policy and on relevant information pages (e.g., aboutcookies.org). Blocking some cookies may limit the functionality of the website.

26.3 For further information – including the types of cookies used, their purposes and storage durations – please refer to the privacy policy.

27. COMPLAINTS, DISPUTES AND COMMUNICATIONS

27.1 Players may submit complaints or disputes relating to the services provided by Megasino.

The following submission deadlines apply to formal complaints:

  • disputes concerning game outcomes or the result of a particular gaming session must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the relevant gaming session;

  • disputes concerning the player account, deposits, withdrawals, account restrictions, bonuses or comparable account matters must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant event.

27.2 Formal complaints must be submitted through the player complaint function accessible through Megasino's interactive licence seal or the associated official complaint channel.

Our Customer Support team at support@megasino.win may assist with general questions or preparation of a complaint. Contacting Customer Support does not, however, replace the prescribed formal complaint channel where that channel is required for regulatory processing.

27.3 Megasino will investigate properly submitted complaints using the available account, gaming, betting, transaction, bonus, communication and technical records.

Megasino will seek to resolve complaints as promptly as reasonably possible and will process formal complaints within the applicable regulatory period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days.

27.4 In disputes concerning game or betting outcomes, available server, game-provider and transaction records will be treated as important evidence.

Such records are not considered irrebuttable solely because of their source. A complaint will be assessed using all relevant and available information.

27.5 Where a formal complaint has not been resolved to the player's satisfaction and Megasino has issued its final response, or where thirty (30) calendar days have passed from submission of the formal complaint without resolution, the player may escalate the dispute to our independent ADR provider:

Axion ADR / Axion Resolution Ltd

Axion ADR is an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider approved by the competent Anjouan Gaming Authority.

Escalation to Axion ADR must be made through the designated official complaint or ADR process. Formal ADR cases should not be submitted through Axion's general contact forms or general administrative email addresses.

No ADR fee is charged to the player.

27.6 Complaints and ADR proceedings must be submitted and conducted in English unless the applicable regulatory or ADR procedure expressly provides otherwise.

27.7 The Anjouan Gaming Authority oversees regulatory compliance by licensed operators but does not act as a mediator, tribunal or adjudicator for individual player disputes.

Potential breaches of licence conditions may be reported through the Authority's designated compliance channels. Such regulatory reporting does not replace the operator's internal complaint procedure or the ADR process.

27.8 Communications from Megasino to the player may be made by email, telephone, through the player account or, where necessary, by post using the contact details registered on the account.

Players are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.

27.9 Further information regarding complaints and independent dispute resolution is available in our Complaints & ADR Policy.

28. SUCCESSION / TRANSFER

28.1 We are entitled to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge all or part of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to affiliated companies, legal successors, purchasers of assets or other third parties, provided that this does not unreasonably impair your contractual position.

28.2 You are not entitled to transfer, assign, pledge or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior express written consent.

28.3 Any permissible transfer/assignment by us will be communicated to you in an appropriate form; upon notification, the transfer takes effect and the third party takes our place, where applicable. Your existing counterclaims remain unaffected.

28.4 The use of service providers (e.g., payment processors, IT providers, KYC/AML service providers) does not constitute a transfer in the aforementioned sense. We remain responsible to you to the extent provided by law.

28.5 To the extent permitted by law, we may assign our claims against you arising from these Terms and Conditions to third parties or pledge them as security.

29. FORCE MAJEURE

29.1 Neither party shall be liable for the non-performance or delayed performance of its obligations to the extent that such non-performance or delay is due to events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, riots, civil unrest, labor disputes, epidemics/pandemics, fires, explosions, power, network or telecommunications failures, serious disruptions of third-party systems, government orders or laws (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

29.2 The affected party must immediately notify the party of the force majeure event and take appropriate measures to mitigate its impact. The obligations to perform are suspended for the duration of the event and resume thereafter.

29.3 If an event of force majeure lasts for more than 30 days without interruption, we are entitled to terminate these Terms and Conditions with immediate effect or to permanently discontinue affected services without any liability for damages arising therefrom.

30. RENUNCIATION

30.1 Failure to exercise or delaying the exercise of a right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right and shall not prevent its subsequent exercise.

30.2 Any waiver must be in writing and is only valid for the individual case and the expressly stated scope.

30.3 Partial waivers or partial exercises do not affect the exercise of the remaining rights.

31. SALVATION CLAUSE

31.1 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

31.2 The ineffective/unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the original provision in a legally permissible manner. The same applies to any gaps.

31.3 Where mandatory law requires an adjustment, such an adjustment shall take place; otherwise, the contract shall remain in full force and effect.

32. GENERAL AGREEMENT

32.1 These General Terms and Conditions – including all documents expressly referenced herein (including Game/Betting Rules, Bonus Terms, Additional Terms and Privacy Policy) – constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior understandings, representations and agreements relating to the same subject matter.

32.2 Neither party may rely on statements, promises, or representations made prior to the conclusion of this agreement that are not set forth in these Terms and Conditions (except in cases of fraudulent misrepresentation). The sole remedy for any claim that representations were made is the remedy for breach of contract provided for in these Terms and Conditions.

33. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

33.1 Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, these Terms and Conditions do not establish any rights in favor of third parties. A third party is not entitled to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

33.2 You are prohibited from transferring, pledging, assigning, trading, or gifting any assets or rights arising from or in connection with your account – including, but not limited to, accounts, balances, deposits, bets, or other rights/claims – to any third party. Any such disposition is invalid.

34. GENERAL PROVISIONS

34.1 Term and continued validity: These Terms and Conditions apply during your access to the website and your use of the services and continue to apply – insofar as their content is relevant – beyond the closure of your account or the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

34.2 Grammar: Singular terms include the plural and vice versa. Masculine, feminine, and diverse forms apply to all genders; corresponding linguistic adjustments are purely editorial.

34.3 Waiver: A waiver is only effective if it is declared in writing and applies exclusively to the specifically identified individual case. (See also paragraph 30.)

34.4 Acknowledgement: By continuing to access the website and/or use the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted every provision of these Terms and Conditions.

34.5 Language: The English version of these General Terms and Conditions is the governing version. Other language versions are provided for convenience and ease of understanding. In the event of any discrepancy, conflict or ambiguity between different language versions, the English version will prevail.

34.6 Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros).

34.7 Overall Agreement: Clause 32 applies in addition; there are no deviating side agreements.

35. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

35.1 You can request a voluntary self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months. During this time, your account will be closed or restricted accordingly. Reactivation is only possible after the expiry of the self-exclusion period and upon your explicit request to support.

35.2 Advice: Set stake/deposit limits; keep track of playing time and frequency; do not let professional or private obligations be affected; do not gamble under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication; gambling is solely for entertainment and is not a source of income; do not chase losses; track time and stakes using appropriate means.

35.3 Further information and support can be found in the "Responsible Gaming" section or via support; additional help is available at www.responsiblegambling.org, among other places.
